Over the course of a week, we brought women together through conversation, movement, and meaningful dialogue, fostering connection, inspiration, and empowerment at every turn.

A Week Dedicated to Uplifting Women
Pilates & Empowerment Panel at The Dome
We kicked off the week at The Dome with a collaboration with Threadbare and Manchester pilates studio, Sculpt In Haus. The evening began with a pilates class led by the talented team at Sculpt In Haus which set an empowering tone, preparing attendees to fully engage with the evening’s deeper conversations.
Post-pilates, an inspiring panel took centre stage. Among the speakers were Threadbare's Head of Ladieswear, Anoushka Mehan, and Sculpt In Haus founder, Amy Hughes, alongside other influential industry leaders. Their stories offered valuable insights on resilience, growth, and embracing confidence in personal and professional life.
Coffee & Yoga at Courts Club
We continued the celebrations with a coffee morning and yoga event hosted at Courts Club, creating a warm and welcoming space for women to connect, share experiences, and support one another. Next, we embraced the power of movement, with a women’s yoga session led by Girls on the Go. This uplifting session encouraged mindfulness, self-care, and strength, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
Stepping Into Our Power: Panel with Thirdplace at Side Street
On March 8th—International Women’s Day itself—we partnered with Thirdplace for a thought-provoking panel at Side Street. Remarkable women from diverse industries took the stage to share their personal experiences with leadership, resilience, and growth. This panel was part of a broader initiative to create spaces where women can connect, share stories, and support one another in their professional and personal journeys.
Why These Events Matter
International Women’s Day isn’t just about celebration; it’s about cultivating a culture of empowerment that lasts all year. These events provided a valuable platform for storytelling and networking, highlighting the importance of women supporting one another.
